Xavier is seeking High School students and parents willing to host visiting students from St. Aloysius’ College, a Jesuit high school in Sydney, Australia. The students, ag ed 16-17, are journeying to Manila as part of St. Aloysius’ immersion program here in the Philippines.

Brian Maraña, IBDP Coordinator — The start of classes for all IB students will be on Monday, JUNE 10. Note that this is one week earlier than the regular Xavier students. Both H3 and H4 IB students should report to the MPH before 7:30am in school uniform (including proper haircut). Students should bring their iPads / Macbooks.
Arlene Choo XSN Principal — We would like to apologize for the extended processing time experienced by some parents during the enrollment at XSN last Tuesday, 30 April 2013. We have experienced some procedural challenges that contributed to the processing time of some transactions. Rest assured that we have evaluated the enrolment procedures and will be applying mitigating solutions so that the enrolment process could be as smooth and efficient as possible.

The recommended model is an iPad 4 32GB Wifi. Based on our study, this model is the most suitable for our needs, given the sufficient storage and specifications, and is currently most widely available in the market. However, any existing iPad 2/3/4 or iPad Mini 16/32/64 Wifi or 3G/4G models available may be used. *Although cellular (3G/4G) models will be allowed, students will not be allowed to use the cellular function in school.
